Engines, transmissions, transfer cases, and differentials are sold as inspected with a 30 day warranty limited to manufacturing defects only. Normal wear, oil consumption, pre-existing damage, or performance issues related to previous usage history or improper maintenance are not covered. We strongly recommend having any engine or transmission inspected by a qualified mechanic prior to installation.

Labour costs, diagnostic fees, or workshop charges

a) Incorrect installation or application
Part fitted to a different Haval model, year, or trim not originally intended

Damage caused by incorrect polarity, overvoltage, short circuits, or faulty alternators

Removal of serial number, QR code, or manufacturer seals
f) Extreme environmental conditions
Prolonged exposure to extreme heat, flooding, saltwater, or humidity beyond normal operating range
3. Buyer Responsibilities – Warranty Protection
To protect your warranty coverage on any engine, transmission, transfer case, differential, or major component, you agree to complete the following before installation. Failure to do so will void all warranties.
For all engine and powertrain components:
✅ Have the component inspected by a qualified mechanic prior to installation
✅ Ensure the vehicle’s cooling system (if applicable) is flushed and tested
✅ Verify proper fluid levels and use manufacturer specified oils and coolants
✅ Provide receipts or work orders showing these actions for any warranty claim
For any transmission or gearbox:
✅ Have the transmission inspected by a qualified mechanic before installation
✅ Ensure the torque converter or clutch is replaced where recommended
✅ Use only manufacturer specified transmission fluid
Without proof of these actions, your warranty claim will be denied.
4. Warranty Claims Process
4.1 How to Make a Claim
All warranty claims must be accompanied by an official Just Haval Parts receipt or invoice. Claims without proof of purchase or without the required installation receipts (see Section 3) will not be processed.
4.2 Inspection & Costs
In the event of a claim, Just Haval Parts reserves the right to recover any costs involved in:
Dismantling, testing, and inspecting the returned part
Third party mechanic repairs or assessments
Out of pocket expenses, freight, and shipping charges for both sending and returning the part
4.3 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding a warranty claim, either party may request an independent, mutually agreed third party (for example, a licensed mechanic or automotive engineer) to inspect the part and determine the outcome. That party’s decision will be binding.
4.4 No Verbal or Implied Warranties
Just Haval Parts will not be held responsible for any verbal or implied representations made by employees, contractors, or third parties beyond what is stated in this written warranty policy.
5. Returns Policy (Non-Warranty)
5.1 Return Period
Returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering are accepted only within 7 calendar days from the date on your invoice. No returns will be accepted after this period.
5.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for any reason:
Cut sections including wiring looms, hoses, pipes, and cables
Special order items (parts sourced specifically for your request from wreckers or suppliers)
Any parts that have been dismantled, opened, or pulled apart
Electrical components, control modules, or electronic parts (these are warranty only – see Section 1.2)
Clearance or discounted items marked “final sale”
Body panels after test fitting or paint application
5.3 Special Buy-Ins
Any parts purchased as “special buy-ins” or non-stock items will not be accepted for credit or return.
5.4 Return Condition
To be eligible for a return (where permitted), the item must be:
In the exact same condition as when it left our premises
In original packaging (if applicable)
Accompanied by the original receipt
Returned to our premises at your cost (unless prior written arrangements are made)
5.5 Restocking Fee
Just Haval Parts reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25 percent on returned items (where returns are permitted at our discretion). This fee covers inspection, repackaging, safety checking, and restocking labour.
6. Panels, Body & Interior Parts (For Haval Models)
6.1 Sold As Inspected
All body panels including doors, bonnets, tailgates, bumpers, fenders, quarter panels, and interior parts are sold as inspected. It is your responsibility to inspect the part before purchase or request additional photos or videos.
6.2 Colour Matching
Panels are sold based on listed colour, but no colour match is guaranteed. Paint fade, variant differences, and vehicle age mean the colour may not perfectly match your Haval. Returns due to wrong colour will only be accepted at your expense and within the 7 day return limit.
6.3 Fitment Responsibility
You are fully responsible for ascertaining the correct Haval model (H6, Jolion, H9, H2), year, body type (for example, facelift versus pre-facelift), and trim compatibility before purchasing panels or interior parts. Just Haval Parts will not be held responsible if incorrect information was provided or assumed.
6.4 Interior & Trim Parts
Interior trim pieces, seats, dashboards, display screens, climate control units, and carpet sets are sold as inspected. Returns will only be accepted if the item is returned in identical condition and within the 7 day return period.
7. Freight & Delivery (Australia & International)
7.1 Shipping Arrangements
Just Haval Parts can arrange freight on your behalf including courier, air freight, or sea freight to Australian states, New Zealand, Fiji, and other Pacific islands. However, you agree that:
Goods are deemed to have left our possession once they have been handed over to the freight company or our driver at our warehouse
You (the customer) are deemed to have taken possession at that same moment
7.2 Transit Risk
Any goods in transit are your responsibility as the customer. This includes:
Loss, theft, or damage during shipping
Freight costs for return, replacement, or inspection
Insurance – We strongly recommend you purchase transit insurance for valuable items (especially engines, transmissions, or body panels). We can assist with insurance on request.
7.3 Returns Freight
Returns will only be accepted if the item is returned to our premises with freight pre-paid by you, unless prior written arrangements have been made. We reserve the right to choose the freight company for any return and invoice you for associated charges.
7.4 Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a correct, safe, accessible delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, you will be responsible for all re-shipping costs.
8. Incorrect Diagnosis – No Refund
8.1 Buyer Responsibility
If you purchase a part based on your own diagnosis of a vehicle fault, and that diagnosis proves to be incorrect, the part is non-refundable and non-returnable.
8.2 Electrical & System Diagnosis
This applies especially to electrical and electronic components including sensors, control modules, alternators, starters, and engines. We strongly recommend having your Haval professionally diagnosed by a qualified mechanic before purchasing replacement parts. If you are unsure, ask our team, but the final decision and responsibility are yours.
8.3 Discretionary Credit
In rare cases, at our absolute discretion, we may offer a store credit for incorrectly diagnosed non-electrical, non-critical items, but this is not guaranteed and is decided on a case by case basis. No cash refunds will be given.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:
Just Haval Parts’ total liability for any claim relating to a part is limited to the original purchase price of that part
We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or failure of any part sold
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded. If those statutory guarantees apply, our liability is limited (at our election) to replacing the part or paying the cost of replacing it.
10. General Provisions
10.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Just Haval Parts. No other representations, warranties, or agreements, verbal or written, shall be binding unless explicitly agreed in writing by a director of the company.
10.2 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
10.3 Right to Amend
Just Haval Parts reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies.
10.4 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
